Sriram was an exceptional leader on the QA Team in FY23, and his strategies enhanced the quality of Synapse. Some of his most notable successes included devising a comprehensive plan for automating reports and introducing a weighted approach to estimate progress of automation tasks. He also lead a number of trainings and team-building exercises that influenced the entire team. These sessions helped QA take significant strides towards parallel automation.
Eric had an outsized contribution on BD growth at key accounts which he achieved by leading his projects towards client delight in FY23. He used excellent delivery to dramatically grow our business and identify new opportunities while he successfully transitioned our research to a new client contact, leading to a strong partnership with the opportunity to add a new indication.
Monique has a knack for positioning ZoomRx as a strategic partner to our clients by her strong client communication and management skills, and always being prepared to answer just about any question a client puts forth. She provides reassurance to both clients and internal teams by being able to tackle complex project-related problems skilfully and efficiently. She also always keeps an ear open for any new work the client may need (whether they know they need it or not), assisting with generating new opportunities and pitching in on proposals and scoping. She’s also responsible for the growth of a large pharma account.
Sunayana has consistently exceeded expectations on projects and she has been instrumental in setting up project management workflows for client services operations and has been a leader during our stand-up discussions. She is also the face of Ferma for many clients and earned their goodwill by delivering quality results on time.
Neville's achievement within the OD (Organizational Development) team is noteworthy for his adept management of multiple processes, ensuring both velocity and quality. His ability to synchronize various facets of operations while maintaining high standards is commendable. He recognizes the importance of swift execution without compromising on the excellence of deliverables. By streamlining workflows and optimizing efficiencies, he ensures that projects progress smoothly and swiftly.
Rohith was an outstanding performer in FY23. Throughout the year he routinely delivered timely and high-quality samples; onboarded a number of new panelists; and lead some of our most innovative projects. Outside of his project work, Rohith co-owned the OKR focusing on Community's cost effectiveness efforts and supported a number of competitive proposals by collaborating with members of the PAM team.
Ankita showed incredible analytical prowess while producing a number of high-impact business insights. She regularly provided the leadership team with financial analyses that could be used to make data-driven decisions. She was involved with some of our most important financial workstreams, including the management of our revenue recognition and bookings processes which requires tight collaboration with the BD team and a firm understanding of the details for all of our active projects.
